Last year, my husband and I decided we wanted to book a cruise that would take us through the Panama Canal. We are retired and had never taken a cruise before, but knew what kind of cruise we wanted and what size ship we wanted, but that was it. Tamara Lidbom spent a lot of time with us, asking questions, pointing out features, policies, procedures and benefits of the cruise we were looking at. She sent checklists, payment reminders, cruise updates and always responded quickly to our questions. What a relief- we could concentrate on planning the shore excursions, knowing Tamara was doing the heavy lifting for us. We had a wonderful vacation!
